Since September 1996, SWOOP has done over 120 large-scale projects, during which over 34,000 volunteer hours valued at over $600,000 were contributed.  The following is just a partial list of the agencies that SWOOPers have served:

- Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure
- Raleigh Men’s and Women’s Homeless Shelters
- Durham Interfaith Hospitality Network
- Family Violence and Rape Crisis Centers in Raleigh, Roxboro, Pittsboro, and Durham
- Heads Up! Therapeutic Riding Program
- InterAct of Wake County

In addition, SWOOPers have worked at over 40 individual’s homes, creating transformations in one day and bringing hope to seemingly insurmountable situations.
