Since September 1996, SWOOP has done over 80 large-scale projects, during which over 16,000 volunteer hours valued at over $300,000 were contributed.  The following is just a partial list of the agencies that SWOOPers have served: 

- Alliance for the Mentally Ill
- CASA (affordable housing for persons with mental illness or substance abuse issues)
- Triangle AIDs Interfaith Network
- Summit House (an alternative sentencing program for women with children)
- Wake Interfaith Hospitality Network
- Habitat for Humanity (in Durham, Wake, and Orange Counties)
- Human Kindness Foundation
- Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure
- Raleigh Men’s and Women’s Homeless Shelters
- Durham Interfaith Hospitality Network
- Family Violence and Rape Crisis Centers in Raleigh, Roxboro, Pittsboro, and Durham
- Heads Up! Therapeutic Riding Program

In addition, SWOOPers have worked at over 30 individual’s homes, making amazing transformations in one day in otherwise seemingly insurmountable situations.
